sabartelson2 @mtceralde thanks! sorry one question. I assume this can be worn with layers. just can't tell if the outside is cloth or more of a wind jacket type material?

mtceralde @sabartelson2 no worries! yes, I have worn it underneath a rain jacket and wind breaker. It’s snug enough. I have also worn it as a light single layer for early morning summer rides. It’s cloth on the outside and not a windbreaker material
