EUC Wet Seal Birds Navy Blue Dress

This is s super cute Wet Seal dress that is navy blue (although it's hard to tell) with flying bites printed on it. The outside is a chiffon with an inside navy liner. I wore it once or twice and really liked it with a cardigan and strappy sandals. It's flattering on most body shapes because of the belted middle. It's 35" from shoulder to hem with no bodice signs of wear. Comment with questions.
