EUC: West Elm Sheet Set -- horizontal light green/ivory stripes. Queen-sized fitted sheet; Queen-sized top sheet; 2 standard pillow cases. ($45). I love West Elm's sheet sets, comforter sets, blankets -- but this set of striped sheets just lives in the linen closet. I bought them because I thought that they would work with another West Elm duvet cover that we have, but I didn't realize until after I bought them that the stripes are *horizontal*. That is, they go left to right; east to west: side to side -- and this just bothers me for some reason. I think that is why I never use them, because I usually love West Elm sheets! I think that West Elm called this color of green "Aloe". It is definitely a pale, muted green or seafoam color and the contrasting stripes are a slightly ivory color (not bright white, but also not cream). I wish that that the stripes went vertical (up and down), because then maybe we would use them. But, TBH, I think these were used on the guest bed twice and otherwise sit in the linen closet. I am hoping that someone out there loves West Elm's sheet sets as much as I do -- and that they also like stripes! 100% cotton percale. 200 thread count.
