EUC Vintage M.H.M. MELISSA HARPER Red and white polka dot lined dress MADE IN THE PHILIPPINES Sz 12. Shoulder pads, one button missing but you could take the bottom button and put it up there and cut off the loop and no one would be the wiser. It’s worth it because it’s a darling dress. Also, it says that it’s a size 12 so look at the measurements in the pictures carefully because it looks bigger than the size 12 on tag. First of all I want to apologize for my photography because I’m not a photographer and if you would read my Love notes from prior customers you will see that what they get normally is much nicer than my pictures show so I hope you will give me a chance by sending you something that’s quality. The best I can do is put here the size that is on the item and then show pictures of the actual measurements on the garment so you can compare to your measurements. This will allow for more accuracy.
