This vintage houndstooth pleated school girl style mini skirt from West 27th Street is in excellent condition! A few loose threads that can easily be trimmed but otherwise perfect condition. Side zipper with button top closure for a perfect fit. Juniors size 11, waist is approximately 14.5" across laying flat, length is 19 and 3/4".
