EUC Vintage CC Courtenay formal sequin knee length dress

Beautiful royal blue with beautiful sequin pattern on front. This has been stored laying flat after it was picked up from dry cleaner. It is truly vintage as it has shoulder pads and is on heavier side. Approximately 40-1/2” from top of shoulder to bottom. Approximately 16” flat from armpit to armpit. Small area on inside near zipper has pick and snag as shown in a picture. Used for formal occasions.
