This is a gorgeous dress by Allegro New York. The care tags and size tags are cut our but there is a remnant of an ILGWU tag. the dress has a zip back and an eye hook closure at the top. There is tie back empire waist with macrame and gold metallic accents. This panel repeats itself on the trim of the flutter sleeves.
