Strap is broken, which I was not aware of when I purchased it, and a couple other missing studs as shown in the photos. Looks like an easy fix (very likely DIY) but would recommend taking it to a luxury specialist. I love the bag but am reselling because I don't have any to repair near me, and I don't want to attempt repair and risk damaging. Otherwise, it's in really good condition - no stains or rips inside or imperfections on the leather, but hardware does show very minimal signs of wear. Reposhing this item I purchased from @lpmalone.
