EUC Tommy Hilfiger Cobalt Blue Dress

EUC Tommy Hilfiger Cobalt Blue Dress with zipped enclosure in the back and a tie for the waist. Worn once to a funeral but I had to cut off the size tag (because it was itchy). Almost positive it is a size 12 but please see photos. No stains or tears.
