afind4u @schwenpa Not sure how to answer that. It is a stretchy band and, before stretching, it measures 3 1/4" Diam. That dimension may not tell you much, but I can assure you that it stretches generously. It's definitely an adult piece. Thanks again for your interest! Really intriguing piece! AFind4U
