EUC Steve Madden Sheer Duster, Cover, Jacket Black & White Polka Dot Size 8. Love Love this to dress up leggings and a basic shirt/turtle neck, body suit or slip dress. It has 3 buttons from baby doll waist up and 5 below the waist. I usually only buttoned the waist for a jacket look but it’s too small now in the bust. The frayed line for the babydoll waist falls below the breast and would fit best if you are below a 36 DDD bra size. It is cute left unbuttoned as well it just lays too open on me now.
