Two stainless steel molds. Each mold has a matching hardwood maple cover with laminated bottom, and a top designed to perfectly center the mold when using with a bolt press. Wood is sealed so it is not affected by washing or contact with whey. Large Mold- 6” Diameter x 5 7/8” Tall Small Mold- 4” Diameter x 5 7/8” Tall Also included- unfinished wooden cheese drying cradle. 9 1/4” Long and 2 7/8” Tall and 4 7/8” Wide. All items only used a few times. In excellent condition. Note: I also have the cheese press that these molds came with listed in my Poshmark closet.
