EUC Spell Love Story Skirt

EUC Spell Skirt Worn once Size XS ( size is great for waist size 24-28) im a 27 and it fits perfectly not tight at all. I find Spell skirts to be bigger than normal so i size down. Small is too loose for me around the waist band which is Elastic. No holes no stains No rips Please ask questions before purchasing all sales final.
