EUC Slate Blue Tie Sleeve Blouse with Button Detail

I’ve worn this top once. It’s a slate blue which is very hard to capture in the photos. The fabric has spots where the threads are pulling out despite basically being new, which I included in the fifth photo. It’s not very noticeable when it’s on and you can cut them. Smoke free home. I do have cats but I change into loungewear as soon as I step foot in the house so all items are kept in the cat-free zones 🙂
