Not the traditional “wool” feel at all, but will protect one from a chilly breeze! Black, with fun silver and gray striped underskirt lining underlying the bottom third of the skirt. Side zip. 3 "tiers" separated by lacy, embroidered horizontal lines, at the bottom third of the skirt. Wool blend 98% wool/2% Spandex. Vintage c. 1980s skirt. Approximate measurements: almost 15" across waist, 32" length including lacy hem. ***Per AI: "A size 5/6 in Express is considered a junior size, often corresponding to a small size in women's sizing.
