Looks new. It’s versatile — wear it alone or use it over a tank when there’s a breeze. The shoulders and sides have gold rivets and wisps of gold metallic (see photo). Cute! Approximate measurements were taken with garment laying flat. Armpit to armpit: 18” Length (from back of neck to hem): 34”
