Size 36; US size 4. Gathered cuff at shoulders. Elastic at waist. Can pull up at the waist and wear the top more puffy or pull the skirt down for a long more elongated look. Pockets at both hips! Belt to tie in front or back. Skirt is lined. Shell is 89% polyester 11% spandex. Lining is 100% polyester. Dry clean only.
