redmiata35 @25_o_clock and @itspearlhere so sorry I missed your questions! Yes, the top is pinned back slightly to hang prettier on the mannequin. There is a slight pincess seam to give it a little bit of shaping so it is not too boxy. The fabric is washable silk and has been washed in cold water, hung to dry and ironed. The fabric is so soft too. Here are the measurements: under arm to under arm - 22", shoulder to hem, 28". Hope this helps!
