niniktb @jweslow I would say it is TTS. It does have a hood and the zipper and snap closures are silver. It's puffy and really warm.

niniktb @jweslow The hood is attached and not removable. I will send the measurements later as I am not home at the moment.

niniktb The length from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the vest is 22 1/2 " and from the middle back of the vest it measures 23". I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.

niniktb @worchid Hi! Lying flat the pit to pit measurement is 15 1/2". It has elastic where the fabric is gathered so it gives a little bit. This comes from a smoke free/pet free home. It is in like new condition; no spots, stains or tears and has no smells of laundry or perfume. Thank you for inquiring. Let me know if you have any questions!
