EUC Mara Hoffman Cap Sleeve Mini Dress

Like new! Removed tags and tried on a lot but never worn was just a little too tight for my liking. It’s beautiful and can be dresses up or down. It is double lined. There is a small white speck on the front in the blue. It came like this and I think it’s just the nature of the thread/dye I guess. See last photo.
