Close to new condition. The color was very hard to capture. It’s a very light dusty blue tinted color like an aqua/gray.almost it’s very pretty muted color. I love LOFT dresses in the summer. This is easy and just pulls over the head; it’s very stretchy. Light weight and breathable for hot days I love the little ruffle on the hem and the gathering on shoulders and back (a large version of smocking, essentially)
