This is a nice sheer top from Loft Outlet in excellent used condition. It is black and blue with a very small chevron pattern. It has a tie with tassels at the neck. It is longed sleeved with elastic at the wrist. It is a size large and is 23 inches from pit to pit. It is made of 100% polyester and does not have any stretch.
