EUC Lily Rose Skater Skirt from Kohl’s

This skater skirt is so cute and the material has some stretch making it super comfortable! The fabric is smooth but has a lovely houndstooth pattern. The colors are black and off-white. The waist measures about 14 inches not stretched, and it is about 17 inches long. Of course no stains, rips, or holes! From a smoke-free home.
