I am not sure who designer is but I bought this in a high end boutique that also carries Lilly. Everyone thinks it's a Lilly when I wear it. So cute! And it's like getting 2 dresses for one price. Great for travel. Too small for me now. It just hangs in my closet begging me to lose weight! Fits like a 6-8.
