EUC J Crew hemmed High Heel Flare jeans 31

Excellent used condition J Crew High Heel Flare jeans in size 31. These have been shortened to a 28.25” inseam. These have some stretch to them and are a higher rise jean. The blue is depicted best in the main cover shot. I believe these retailed for $148. Please ask for measurements if needed!
