There is three inches available in hem to lengthen the pants( see image). Jacket was not altered Jacket has a one button closure. Double vent. Fully lined. Pockets are still sewn shut. Rough measurements laying flat jacket: shoulder to shoulder 18.5”. Jacket pit to pit: 20”. Pants waist top: 17”. Pants widest point at hips: 20”. tashavali @rubenjaramil255 Hi! Waist of pants measure roughly laying flat at 17”. There are no buttons or hooks inside of pants to adjust “ as needed”. But of course a professional tailor can easily adjust/alter. I hope i answered your question 🙏
