H&M Retro sheath Dress Sz 2

The dress is extremely cute! Love the button up front with the metal button and accent ruffle. 2 front pockets and a lovely deep navy blue. I am not sure what the fabric is because the label was cut. I would assume a polyester/rayon mixture. Size: 2 pit to pit: 16.25" waist: 17.25" bottom width: 21" length: 31" sleeve: 17.5" shoulder: 13"
