EUC Finess Strapless Dress

Beautiful shade of green for this cute dress. with a cute cut out back and lace all over this dress. So great for date night, a wedding or just a fun concert dress. Chest measures 15" flat and waist measures 12 1/2 but there is stretch in the waist. The tag says that it is a large but there is no way with these dimensions unless it is a large junior.
