EUC. Leather outer bag with black suede lining. Outer pockets on either end of bag. Matching leather zippered inner pocket. Key caribiner on strap inside. Bag measures 14.25 wide x 10 high x 4.7 deep. Strap drop 5.5 with a detachable 19 inch strap. Only known defect is VERY light wear to bottom corners (see last 2 pics
