EUC Elegant Jil Sander black dress size 4-6

Purchased at a vintage store in Paris a few years ago and only wore once. The dress is in excellent condition. Inner tag is cut off but I think this might be a size 40, fits 4-6. It’s very chic and can be worn with or without a belt. The belt in the pics is NOT INCLUDED. Concealed buttons all along the front and fitted in the waist. Has pockets! I believe the material is 100% cotton. Will post measurements soon.
