@mibee my two year old is non-stop! :) no nap today, ugh. Unmeasured the dress and for 14 inches for the shoulders and 33.5 for the length. I hope this helps!!

@mibee sorry for the delay, just added a pic! Please ignore the running shoes, I remembered I hadn't taken the picture before I was about to run out the door! I'm technically 5'1 1/2, so I've probably got an inch on you. There's a little room to hem without messing with the embroidery, about 2 inches. But, I'd only shorten it an inch to an inch and a half. Anyhow, no worries if it doesn't work for you. Thanks for looking!!
