mrslrowell @cathylm not sure what you mean?….but the bottom of shoe is solid / not hollow, so you “feel the weight of the shoe” , they are sturdy/ not flimsy if that’s what you are asking?

cathylm @mrslrowell I am asking if the insole is soft rather than hard, that is where you put your foot inside the shoe, is it soft or hard? It is the shoe kind of heavy or light in weight? Slip Ons like this that are heavy. Make a lot of noise when you’re walking in them as well. Perhaps you could answer these questions? Thank you so much.

mrslrowell @cathylm insole: has minimal cushion ( not memory foam) so I would classify it as not “soft/ squishy” but, the material is smooth & not scratchy to the sole of your foot. Heel: as I have said in previous comments the platform heel is heavier than average shoe simply by nature of the design, more material/ structure equals an increase in overall weight of item. I do not consider them to be “overly” heavy.

mrslrowell So to answer your questions: Hard, heavier than average shoe, does not make squeaky noise, but depending on your gait may make noise as you walk from weight of heel hitting the floor.
