Super flattering and comfortable fit-and-flare style dress with smocked waist. Fully lined with solid dark blue fabric (outer fabric is slightly sheer). No flaws other than one thread that is a bit loose on the back (see last pic). Otherwise just like new! Only worn 2 or 3 times!
