EUC Devlin Strapless Dress

I absolutely adore this dress – and it’s only been worn twice! Bought at Nordstrom. Like-new condition. The dress has a fun horizontal print in white, chartreuse, black and blue. Strapless with a sweetheart neckline, molded (not padded) cups, with a gathered elastic back near the zipper that allows for various rib cage sizes. Lovely pleating at waistband allows for a fit and flare look. More of a junior fit. Best for smaller busts (32B/C-34A/B). Size S. Measurements when laid flat: bust 14” but can stretch to 16.5”; waist 11.5” but also can stretch an addl. 2”; length 27”
