EUC Delicate Forever 21 Belted Floral Dress

Dress was purchased from Forever 21 brand new a years ago and only worn a handful of times. The outer layer has a flowy breezy type material and dress is lined underneath. This dress features a delicate lace detail along with a few black buttons along the chest area. There's an elastic that chinches at the waist. Also comes with a braided dark brown belt. Can be dressed up or down with sneakers or flats.
