EUC Button Up Top: Short Sleeves, Small Shoulder Pads, Pastel Blues & Purples

***Please note that this is a Medium (8/10) top on a Small (4/6) dress form. The fit is a lot more loose than it would be on a Medium body.*** Excellent used condition - probably new without tags, I cannot recall whether Mom wore this once or not - with zero stains, holes, defects, or signs of wear. Notations Clothing Co. pastels plaid top, size Medium. Plaid design of multicolor pastels, largely blues and purples but with several accent colors as well. Fun, spring/summery design. Button up. Short sleeves. 100% polyester. Small shoulder pads sewn in. Relaxed, loose fit. Straight hem (there might be a very gentle curve to it) side slits vents. Approximate measurements: 20.5” across chest, 24.5” length.
