EUC Banana Republic Navy Fringe Jacket Size 8 petite

This jacket is in excellent condition with zero call outs. I know the camera has made it look weird in a few spots on the fringe, it is just the lighting. The fringe is navy and white. The details are everything on this jacket, I absolutely love it. I am calling it a Jean jacket just because of the denim feel. Wasn't exactly sure what to call it!
