EUC B&W Blouse with Bows

This seems like such a perfect blouse for a nice day out this season. 💕 A picnic, day at the park, running a quick errand, or a nice dinner. Black and White criss cross pattern. Lovely bows/ties on the sleeves. Sturdy material that is not see thin enough to be see through. Nice V neck on the front of the blouse. I never wore it, but it appears to be in excellent used condition, if not a little wrinkled. No noticable flaws.
