EUC BLACK PANTS WITH CRISS CRISS LACE DETAIL ON LEGS for Kids or Small Woman

These pants are really cool! Very stretchy, low rise, no pockets, does have belt loops. I have included pics w/ measurements because the tag says size large. I'm not sure how Fashion Nova sizes run.
