Excellent condition but does need to be dry cleaned. Size 18 US and see tag for cleaning instructions along with sizing. Smoke and pet free home. Hits just above knee or knee length. I wore this at 190 lbs / 5’9 or so. Last photo for reference with it on. Would make a great semi formal or formal dress. Classic style.
