@dbq1973 yes it is outside of the arms and it is a removable vest. So it is essentially 3 jackets in one.

@dbq1973 Hello. I can send you the width hopefully tonight. Please note the fit of this coat is oversized. If you are looking for something form fitting this is not the right coat for you. There is a drawstring to taper the waist in but nonetheless still and oversized jacket especially with the entire interior being fox fur!
