Both blazer and skirt are lined. Only issue is a small pull in the front of the skirt (picture 5). Skirt waist across is approximately 16 inches. Skirt length is approximately 23 inches. Blazer chest (pit to pit) is approximately 20 inches. Blazer length is approximately 29 inches.
