@howpowe so weird! I had a problem like this on a sale before where I dropped it off in a usps blue box and it wasn’t picked up for like 3 days even though the box said they picked up daily. I had to call the city and report it. I’ll call them today. I’m so sorry for the trouble! I don’t have a second pair but these are already packed up and mailed to you.
