Manger is designed with hole to add a light if interested. This nativity set has been extremely well cared for. Everything is in the original packaging, with most of the Certificates of Authenticity. See final picture for 2 that are missing certificates (angel & lamb and nativity, Joseph, Mary, and Baby Jesus).
