Lovely ruffles at the cuffs and 2 Buttons on each side. 4 openings on the rounded collar for the long neck tie to go through. Not fully sure on how this is to be tied. Ruffles go across the back of blouse also Size 40 measurements Pit to pit 20 inches Sleeve length 25 inches Length 25 inches Neck tie 52 X 5 inches Just a beautiful blouse In very good condition Noticed 4 little stains as shown in last collage.
