ETC high low button down adjustable sleeve tunic small/medium

Lightweight 100% cotton button down pleated top with tie in back for a tailored fit. Sheer material will make for a comfortable fit on hot summer days. Top edge of pleated area has a rough sewn fringes look. New with tags. Does not say petite but it fits like a petite or small medium.
