pre-worn but very gently so leather upper and sole, with a rubber overlay on front half of foot ET Wright has been making shoes in Massachusetts since 1876, and had an excellent reputation they started outsourcing much of their work after 1980. l don't think they are still in business. this is a handsome and sturdy pair, with no flaws or signs or wear on upper or sole
