hi! I received this and the neck is broken. it doesn't look like that at all on the photos, not sure what happened. I dropped the case but do you have any tips on how to get the head to be okay? looked great in photos and seems like it wasn't from a shipping issue and maybe it was like that before. no hate at all, just want to fix it and looking for tips. thanks!
