This is a VINTAGE 18k Corletto Madonna/Virgin Mary Charm. This charm is STUNNING! VERY RARE! LOVELY gift or as a present to yourself! It is made of 18k yellow Italian gold. It is a GORGEOUS handpainted Madonna child. It is marked, "K 18 ITALY CORLETTO" on the bale. It is heavy and weighs 10 grams. The pendant measures 2"L (including the bale.) The charm itself measures just over 1 1/2"L by 13/16"W (at widest point.) Comes from a non-smoking home. Rarely worn and stored away in a safe. Pictures of actual item. Sorry my scale only weighs in 1 gram increments, so it is in-between 10 and 11 grams.
