ESCADA Vintage Black Velvet Mini Skirt w/ Gold Lame Stripes & Waist SZ 6/8 NWOT

Vintage evening skirt from Escada is made in black velvet with horizontal stripes of gold lamè and a wide gold lamè waistband. Closure is with a back zipper and two black buttons on the waistband. The very soft velvet fabric is 63% rayon, 25% cotton, with the rest being silk and metal (in the gold lamè). Lining is 100% rayon. Labeled German size 38, which is usually considered equivalent to a US size 10. However, this is a vintage skirt, and the 28" waist measurement indicates it is a fit for a modern size 6. If you are a size 8 with a smaller waist, then it is a possible fit for you as well. Please refer to the measurements for the best guidance regarding actual size. MEASUREMENTS - Waist is about 28" - Hips are 39" at about 8" waist. - Length is 22" including waistband. CONDITION Excellent condition with no apparent flaws. Appears to be unworn.
